Deeshita is a young, creative and energetic Management Professional having an experience of around 4 years in the Corporate and Development Sector. Client liaison and partnernship is her forte. She has an experience of partnering with State Government Organizations, top corporate firms such as Bain Capital, Tata, and PSUs like Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., etc. Apart from partnerships, Deeshita also has experience in corporate communications, social media management, monitoring and evaluation, content writing as well as capacity building.

From Aakarshan to Saksham, we strive to make a change be it in imparting education, skills, or working towards inclusivity and contributing to key Sustainable Development Goals, we have been instrumental in fostering holistic development, reducing inequalities, and building meaningful partnerships. Together we build a brighter, inclusive tomorrow through impacting lives and erasing barriers.

Nilesh has been working since 2011, with about 6 years of experience in CSR.

He is a hard worker and a social catalyst with best community rapport skills. He has great experience of dealing with the stakeholders and the community. He takes care of different programmes at PAN India level which include Tally Programme, Infrastructural Projects Maintenance, replicating good practices among them. He is a B.A, a Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering and has a certification in Computer and Tally.

Gaurav has a Diploma in Software Engineering and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Social Work

He is working as an experienced CSR professional with demonstrated history of working in managing and evaluating social programmes at Spark Minda Foundation. He has a cumulative experience of 10 years in software engineering and in CSR. He is currently working across different verticals in social development, skill development and education sector. He encourages his students and brings out the best in them.

Lalit is a computer and tally faculty of Aakarshan, Gurugram, in the organization.

He is also responsible for the community mobilization as well as to maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders. He is a keen and hardworking person who believes that there is neither a greater joy nor a greater reward than to make a fundamental difference in someone’s life.

We firmly believe that empowerment and progress of underprivileged communities can yield enduring transformations to their livelihoods. My aspiration is to make meaningful contributions to society by addressing the needs of marginalized segments of our society.

CSR at this Group has never been about Compliance only. It has more to do with having a connect with the community, ensuring the development of the society we live in, having an equal platform for all; irrespective of their background. We have placed more importance in getting the job done rather than by whom it gets done. Skilling is an important aspect, which forms the basis of sustenance for any given individual. Hence, skilling is an area of utmost concern and has to be dealt with maximum attention.

Balakrishnan is the Training Coordinator for Basic Computer & Tally PRO course in Aakarshan Center.

He has been working with Spark Minda Foundation since 2014. He has completed his Diploma in Information Technology (DIT).  He works for the development of the community in and around Vengadu village. Also, he has a good rapport with the community.

Minakshi is a dedicated and determined individual with 5 years of experience in the beauty industry.

She began her journey as a student at Spark Minda and has now progressed to a trainer role. Minakshi possesses a strong passion for teaching and skill development. She looks forward to impact the society in a positive way.

Kanishka has a post-graduation diploma in Rural management

He has a working experience in the State SRLM in Rajasthan. His aim has always been to work for the betterment of people who are marginalized so, as to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to make a better life not only for their families but also for their future generations as well by providing them the necessary tools and knowledge to do the same. Prior to joining Spark Minda Foundation, he has worked extensively in the field on various projects like providing training, initiating agricultural producer groups, women empowerment, and providing livelihood opportunities.

Utkarsha Wakode holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from Azim Premji University. With two years of work experience in the sustainable livelihood domain, she primarily focused on women empowerment and skill education domain. Currently, she serves as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive at Spark Mainda, where she aims to leverage her skills to make a positive impact through youth development.

Sangeetha holds both a Bachelor's in Education and a Master's degree in English.

Since she has been a teacher for fifteen years, she has grown to believe that every child deserves to get a high-quality education and should be taught in the right way. She uses her skills to explore the environment, relationships, institutions, and policies influencing individuals and families in an effort to enhance their living situations.

At Spark Minda, the act of responsible business was being implemented even before the introduction of CSR to the country. Thus, being a socially responsible company comes naturally to the members of the group. It isn’t something that had to be learnt about, rather it just needed some structuring of its own and hence the Spark Minda Foundation. The objective of our programmes is to involve the corporate in discharging their social responsibility with their innovative ideas and management skills with greater efficiency and better outcomes.

Sneha is working with SMF as Executive – CSR, Uttar Pradesh

She is a graduate in English Arts and Literature. She has always been eager to know about the different aspects of rural India so she decided to pursue her Master's in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship. After completing Post Graduation, she worked with Jaipur Rugs Foundation at Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh. She took the courage to come out of her comfort zone to explore the communities from a grassroot level. She has always wanted to interact with the people in communities. She shared beautiful bonds with the people of the community in several villages of Hardoi as part of her project called WELL (Women Empowerment through Livelihood and Leadership Development).

Currently, she is working with Spark Minda Foundation as Executive – CSR, Uttar Pradesh team, to venture into the developmental sector and enhance her learnings.

CSR helps an organization to create an appealing image for its parent business. It not only aids to have a good rapport with the community within which it is located but also creates great representation with the businesses that it works with. With the wide spectrum of the CSR activities undertaken by the Spark Minda Foundation, the business units are always working to increase the revenue so as to indirectly benefit the communities at large with its programmes. The initiatives thus also act as an inspiration for the employees to put in hard work.

Uma Mageshwari joined SMF as a project coordinator.

She is an engineer and completed her B.A in electrical and electronics engineering. Her passion for social activities and community building stems from a genuine interest in understanding and supporting diverse perspectives. Over the years, she has actively participated in volunteer work, community events, and outreach programs. These experiences have not only allowed her to develop essential leadership and communication skills but have also provided her with a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by different groups within our society.  She seeks opportunities in SMF to contribute to social initiatives and lend a helping hand. She looks forward to collaborating with others who share this vision and make a positive impact together.

Harshita Sharma is the project coordinator for Uttarakhand unit.

She works in the area of executing a variety of project management administrative tasks,monitoring project progress and creating project status reports. Enhancing personality and basic skills like Spoken English in a community . She has done Master of Business Administration(Finance) and cleared CS (Company Secretarist) Foundation programme. She strongly believes in the role of  personality and communication skills as the major pillar for the smooth workforce proceedings and make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.

Mohini Honawale has an experience of 5years in Fashion Designing and Tailoring.

She is a B. A graduate and has completed her Master’s in Fashion Management and Designing. She is confident and dedicated to the work she is doing for the community. She is a hard worker and loves to do her work passionately and wants to dedicate her life to the community.

Aas Mohammad is appointed as the Computer and Tally faculty for Uttar Pradesh.

Aas Mohammad has an overall experience of more than 3.5 years in the development sector. He is a graduate in Computer Applications, and is passionate about conserving the environment and developing self-sustaining communities. Aas has worked in the field of education and skill development in primary and upper primary government school. He is a hard worker and a social catalyst with best community rapport skills. He is also responsible for the community mobilization as well as to maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders.

Spark Minda Group has always been setting benchmarks for itself, be it with its community development programmes or with its business integrated projects. The group has remarkably achieved great heights and made sure that the programmes are not only beneficial for the community but also are able to sustain the community. The initiatives taken up are carefully designed around the SDGs and the programmes taken up by the Indian Government. Achieving the necessary outcomes for various programmes are ensured by the team working at the ground level and also by the support and cooperation of our various stakeholders and partners. Pratibha is the Beauty and Wellness programme trainer for Haryana

She and has been working with Spark Minda Foundation since 2019. She has an experience of 5.6 year in her field. She also handles community management and encourages them for upgrading themselves according to new technology. Pratibha also believes that every individual must be given a fair chance in the community irrespective of any tags. She works with full enthusiasm to train every person that she can. She has completed her B.A., apart from this she also has done her Diploma in Jawed Habib’s advance hair course and advance makeup course with a Jijabai ITI Diploma in Cosmetology.

Shagun has joined as a faculty for the Beauty and Wellness programme in Uttarakhand

She is a B.Com graduate and has an advance cum professional course in cosmetology from VLCC institute. She has completed her advance course in chemical peels and she is always passionate about learning new things. After working as a freelancer for around 1.5 years as a makeup artist, she has now joined as a faculty for the Beauty and Wellness programme in Uttarakhand. With the mindset of empowering women, she wishes to bolster career growth for women in the community by upgrading them with advanced skill sets.

Ruchira has an overall experience of more than 4+ years.

Ruchira holds a Masters degree in Environmental Studies and Resource Management from TERI School of Advanced Studies and with a work experience of 4+ years in the area of Environment and Sustainability, specializing in projects involving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), as well as Agriculture. She now leads Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives at Spark Minda and looks forward to making a positive and a green impact.

Kirti has in total 4years of work experience.

She has worked as an Import and Export Administrator and is currently working as a Beautician. She was once an Aakarshan student, it was her interest and will power which made her successful. She has not only helped herself to overcome difficulties but also to become an independent and self- motivated woman. She is always enthusiastic to try new things and to learn more. She has a Diploma in Export and Import Services, Diploma in Beauty and wellness and is currently pursuing ABTC.

Shorna Mala holds a Bachelor degree in commerce from SDNB Vaishnav College for women in Chennai.

She has one and half year experience in the area of Digital marketing as well. She is now a team member of the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives at Spark Minda Foundation and looks forward to the development of Society and Environmental growth.

Savita Dhiman has her Diploma in Fashion Technology and graduation in Bachelor of Arts

She has an overall experience of 19 years in her relevant field. She has a rich experience in dealing with stakeholders, audience and community ranging from rural to semi-urban population, with an expertise to understand and communicate with them at all levels. She believes that her greatest victory is in bringing about a positive change in the lives of underprivileged children and women.

Deepak Tiwari, a community development professional with over 5 years of experience in CSR.

Deepak Tiwari, a community development professional with over 5 years of experience in the sector is currently working as the Senior Executive CSR at Spark Minda Foundation, where he oversees the Aakarshan Skill Development Centre in Murbad. Deepak holds a dual Masters degree, having completed both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. He firmly believes in the power of grassroots initiatives and actively engages with community members to identify their needs and empower them through skill development initiatives.

Shubhi holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

With a robust experience of 5+ years in organisations like Shiv Nadar Trust and Avanti Fellows, Shubhi has dedicated her career to fostering education, accessibility, and sustainability. Specialising in projects involving education, skill development and community based interventions, she now leads Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability at Spark Minda Foundation.

Deepak has 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounts & Auditing.

He is a CA-Intermediate G1, a B. Com graduate and has completed his MBA in Finance. He believes in systematic funding for the resources. He is taking care of finance & accounts of Spark Minda Foundation and makes sure that the allocated resources are utilised well and helps the community for upliftment.

The Group has always been a part, like a family that’s always there around. The programmes and projects taken up by the foundation are always an upscale. They are holistic and cater to majority of the aspects concerning the global world. Every initiative taken up by the foundation has a set target and the achievement of the same ensures a positive influence in the community.

Ashwini has a Masters degree in Social work.

Ashwini has a Masters degree in Social work. She is diligent and a committed professional with good experience in project planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and reporting. She is highly committed and self-driven to make a positive difference in the communities and marginalised groups of Murbad.

Harshita has 3+ years of experience in Prosthetics and Orthotics. With a passion for driving positive social impact. She is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse mobility needs. Proven ability to drive camps and foster impactful partnerships. She is committed to making a meaningful difference through strategic CSR planning and execution.

Raju Kumar is the training coordinator of computer, tally and accountancy.

He has been working in Spark Minda Foundation since 2014 at Project Office, Uttarakhand. He has completed his B.A, Diploma in Computer Application and Tally. He coordinates the community infrastructure projects and is actively involved in all the activities which are provided to the society. He is associated with the organisation from it’s initiation. Raju is a compassionate man who believes that the life of a man is not in seeing visions and in dreaming dreams, but in active charity and in willing service.

Tarun is a dedicated Prosthetist and Orthotist with over 5 years of experience. He specializes in providing prosthetic and orthotic aids, contributing his skills to Foundation. He is actively involved in both fitment and at Empowerment of PwDs camps, ensuring accessibility to essential mobility aids for those in need.

Sushmita is a dedicated and experienced beauty wellness trainer at Spark Minda Foundation. With a passion for holistic beauty and wellness, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She specializes in various beauty treatments, skincare routines and wellness practices, aiming to empower individuals with the skills and confidence they need to thrive. Her approach focuses on promoting self-care and enhancing overall well-being.

Tarana is responsible for CSR communications and is assisting in sustainability and ESG projects.

She has done her graduation from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi and Masters in Social Work from Delhi School of Social Work, University of Delhi.

Prior to joining Spark Minda, she interned in various areas of intervention which have assisted her in expanding her exposure and learnings. She is an enthusiast looking and working towards a positive change and a positive impact.

Komal shrivastava, 23 years old, recently completed her degree in bachelor's of prosthetics and orthotics from All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai. In this unique and noble profession, she wants to serve People with Disabilities in each and every possible way as a prosthetist and orthotist. She wants to apply every bit of her practical knowledge to assist PwDs in making them physically independent and empowered.

Vijay is a dedicated individual currently pursuing his B.Com. degree while also possessing valuable experience in the field of accounts. With a strong work ethic and a firm belief in the power of creating meaningful impacts, Vijay's outlook on life is centered around the idea that there is no greater satisfaction or reward than being able to bring about fundamental positive changes in the lives of others.

Sumedh Lawhale is a dedicated Prosthetist and Orthotist and the lead of Saksham Programme at Spark Minda Foundation. With 9 years of experience in the field

He specializes in designing, fitting and managing prosthetic and orthotic devices that improve the quality of life for individuals with limb loss or mobility challenges. His role involves working closely with PwDs to understand their unique needs and lifestyles and creates custom solutions that enhance their comfort and functionality. He is passionate about leveraging the latest advancements in technology and materials to deliver high-quality, personalized care. He is committed to providing compassionate support and innovative solutions that empower the PwDs to live more fulfilling lives.
